Terry Thompson is a great Home Inspector. If I were buying a home I would hire Terry. I know Terry personally and he is a great person. Buyer's love his attention to details and that he is very thorough. His reports are detailed and with pictures. Great service.

I must admit that I looked on Facebook for several home inspectors and the reason I chose Mr. Thompson was because he was friends with several members of our church. When I called and talked to him about doing the inspection, he was very friendly, informative and he just sounded like he would do an honest day's work and do a very detailed inspection.
That is EXACTLY what I got! A 42 page report complete with pictures and details of EVERYTHING (the good and the bad). He will tell you if it is okay or if it is something that needs to be fixed immediately. He looks at everything from the foundation, to the rooftop and all in between.
I promise you, you won't be sorry if you chose Mr. Thompson to do your home inspection. He will treat your home just as if it were his home. He talked with me AND my family about his inspection and he told me if we had any questions to just call him. His report was so detailed, I have not had to call him...
I just wanted to let anyone know that might be reading this review that Mr. Thompson will do you right. Just give him a call....

Words cannot explain how great Terry is at his work. I would not call what he does work, because he is so passionate about it. He takes his time and makes sure that he goes through the entire home, inside out, THOROUGHLY. Whatever is wrong with your home, once he is done, you will know it. He is not working for the seller, he is working and looking out for YOU, THE BUYER. This man truly understands the importance of the magnitude of how imperative it is for a family to buy a HOME, not a house. I would highly recommend him for all services that he offers. Please do not go the cheap route when buying a home, because trust me, you will regret it. Mr. Thompson is worth every penny you spend on his work. I never got a chance to meet him in person because I was always at work through the process, but every time I called, he answered, he never ignored my calls, and all the questions I asked, he took his time to answer them in a way that a woman who knows nothing about home maintenance could understand. PLEASE IGNORE THE REST, AND CHOOSE THE BEST, AND THAT IS TERRY THOMPSON!!!!!! From the bottom, of my heart, Thanks Terry Thompson!!!
